Lets make things very clear. Wikipedia is not a social network. Creating an account in order to this[1] is against our rules. Furthermore given that the person you contacted is a single purpose editor whose sole reason for returning to WP was to attack another user at WP:ANi you are very likely to be either a ban evading sock-puppet or a throw away scrutiny evading account - either way you've landed DubsBoy in it and left breadcrumbs--Cailil talk 14:51, 11 September 2014 (UTC)
