Have you considered archiving this talk page?
Don't want to appear intrusive, but the vast amounts of sections on this talk page make it difficult to scroll to the bottom. Of course, it's completely understandable if you don't want to. Thanks, Thanoscar21talk, contribs 23:07, 1 November 2020 (UTC)
- @Thanoscar21: I would love to, but just haven't had the energy to go about doing it myself. Prcc27 (talk) 23:12, 1 November 2020 (UTC)

Error
You have made a mistake. [1] I have read the entire discussion and there is no requirement to wait any definite amount of time. Wikipedia is not a bureaucracy. If one little dot on the map is in error, so fix it. Don't damage the usefulness of a super high traffic article by letting perfect be the enemy of good. Different sources make different calls, but in sum and total the results of them are all consistent. Local consensus cannot override core Wikipedia policies and procedures. Please restore the electoral vote counts and map. Thank you. Jehochman Talk 06:07, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
- @Jehochman: At the talk I suggested that we waited 24 hours before updating the map, another user concurred, and no users at the talk opposed to my proposal to wait. If you have a problem with what I suggested, take it to the RfC talk. Prcc27 (talk) 06:12, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
- I have a problem and I am taking it to you right here because that talk page is extremely bloated with different conversations and what you are telling me is the equivalent of "go pound sand down a rathole, jehochman, because nobody will see your comments there." You plus one other user decided to make a rule that doesn't exist. I do not subscribe to your rule. There is a consensus to post the data and the map so long as things are stable. The situation has not changed today at all and is not likely to change for a while longer. There is no harm in posting the counts and the map. Please revert your destructive edits and continue the discussion. Jehochman Talk 06:17, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
- There is no rush to add the map and projected electoral votes to the infobox per WP:NOTNEWS. Before consensus shifted to updating the map now, many users at the RfC concurred with the proposal to wait until every state and district has been unanimously called before adding it to the infobox. It does not hurt to wait a little bit longer just in case they want to weigh in. Prcc27 (talk) 06:26, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
- I agree with you that consensus can change. How about letting the map and counts go live, because they are stable, but if there are further objections you are welcome to take them down? I promise not to complain if that happens. Jehochman Talk 06:28, 6 November 2020 (UTC)

contribute
I filed a editwar report over at [2], you are welcome to contribute details regarding the consensus in place against adding votes to candidate's total without full media consensus. I'd appreciate it if you can contribute. Thanks. Admanny (talk) 01:06, 14 November 2020 (UTC)
Get a consensus, first.
Honestly. What part of get a consensus for the changes that you want, do you not understand? Read over Template:Infobox election & check over the history of the 2020 prez election article before November 3. GoodDay (talk) 18:21, 14 November 2020 (UTC)
- @GoodDay: It was added to the 2020 article weeks before election day. Here is what it looked like exactly one month ago. Prcc27 (talk) 18:48, 14 November 2020 (UTC)
- It won't be there, after the Electoral College votes. We'll be changing to "ongoing=no", on December 14. GoodDay (talk) 18:52, 14 November 2020 (UTC)
- @GoodDay: I'm not really sure why you want to do that, when we could just change "college_voted=no" to "college_voted=yes". But if you get consensus for your edit, go for it.. Prcc27 (talk) 19:20, 14 November 2020 (UTC)
- It's YOU who needs a consensus. READ the template, for goodness sake. GoodDay (talk) 19:22, 14 November 2020 (UTC)

Discussion about First Lady and Second Gentleman-designate titles in infoboxes of Jill Biden and Doug Emhoff
Please join a discussion here regarding whether the terms "First Lady of the United States Designate" and "Second Gentleman of the United States Designate" should be in the infoboxes of Jill Biden and Doug Emhoff, spouses of the president-elect and vice president-elect, respectively. We need to come to a consensus. Thank you for your participation. cookie monster (2020) 755 21:33, 15 November 2020 (UTC)
