A tag has been placed on Cesar Abreu, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as articles for deletion. If you can indicate how Cesar Abreu is different from the previously posted material, or if you can indicate why this article should not be deleted, I advise you to place the template {{hangon}} underneath the other template on the article, and also put a note on Talk:Cesar Abreu saying why this article should stay. An admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 4 under General criteria. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please feel free to use deletion review, but do not continue to repost the article if it is deleted. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. We welcome your help in trying to improve Wikipedia, and we request you to follow these instructions.
I add that, if you disagree with the decision to delete the original article, you should state your case to the administrator who deleted it - and, I see that you have already done so. ZZ Claims ~ Evidence 16:49, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
I was not the most recent person to delete this article; the version I deleted had consensus to delete at AFD. You should contact the most recent deleter of the article, since the article may have changed between deletions. --Coredesat 18:36, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
The article about which you sent me an e-mail was the subject of a Wikipedia process called articles for deletion, or AfD, which you can find by clicking on the link. Articles that have been previously deleted after the AfD process can be, and will be, deleted by any administrator who sees that they have been recreated. I have no personal interest in the article and deleted it, like any and every other administrator will do, because it violated Wikipedia's policies. If you wish to have this article recreated, the way to go about doing that is by following the procedures outlined at Wikipedia:Deletion review. I recommend that you should be well-prepared with citations to books, magazines, and other sources of third-party comments that demonstrate the notability of the subject. Sending e-mail to me, and/or any other administrator, will get you nowhere; you cannot personally convince all the thousands of administrators on Wikipedia that your article should remain in place. If you require help with the Wikipedia:Deletion review process, leave a note on my talk page and I'll see what I can do to help you but since you have contacted me personally I will not now be able to register my comments in that process.
