Note that using multiple accounts is allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that all edits made while evading a block or ban may be reverted or deleted. Reason:I am not a sockpuppet of Millikat or anyone, I have created two accounts accidentally and I'm not using them for illegitimate purposes, the other one is Suresh Rayal(I didn't know it's against the policy). I have no intention to vandalise the wikipedia page. After being told to discuss, I have never edited the article and been trying to discuss on the talk page.

Decline reason:

I see that you did indeed use the Suresh Rayal account inappropriately. I also see you continued pushing your edits into the article after being told they were inappropriate, despite your claim here "After being told to discuss, I have never edited the article". I therefore find it likely you are indeed violating WP:SOCK or at least, WP:MEAT as a sockpuppet of Millikat and your block is valid. Yamla (talk) 11:31, 8 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
