Request reason:
Dear sir, how can you call that harassment? The user User:Andrewrp has being reverting MY talk page. Do you think that that is right? Shouldn't I control my talk page? Don't I have any rights? While he has fully the rights to ignore my warnings about vandalism, and remove my messages on his talk page?
Decline reason:
You have the right to one Wikipedia account, to be used for the purpose of making the encyclopedia better. But you don't have the right to multiple accounts; if you think that you have solved the problems that made your original block necessary, you can request the unblocking of that account. FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 18:50, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
