Hi Potatophysics, just checking in from a bit of a wikivacation. Thanks for starting that article, I would love to help. I added some stuff, just a table of contents. I sort of think this is a proper subject for a monograph (not yet written ;) Covering it even briefly in an encyclopedia article is going to be tough, but we can try.
