Image tagging for Image:Stephen roche.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Stephen roche.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

License tagging for Image:Stephenroche.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Stephenroche.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit]References look good, I'll double check them later and put them in <ref> tags. We just have to be careful with Biographies of living persons to ensure that any contentious material is properly sourced. :) Regards, SeveroTC 20:59, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
- Try to find a compromise between what was previously there and what has been added. Sections changed are clearly contentious, and as we've seen from WP:BLP before, the best way to resolve differences of opinion is to reference it. You could place {{fact}} tags on things you aren't sure of and don't have references to hand, and unsourced material you may want to restore could use that tag as well, to show you are aware it needs work. I see one bit has been removed that is cited. You can just restore this straight as removing cited stuff simply because it doesn't agree with someone's opinion is just vandalism. If you find the same IP address is making many edits over a short space of time sometimes it is best to just walk away from the article for a week, and when you return it is unlikely the editor you disagree with will still be making edits. Hope this helps, if you want any more advice do just ask. Oh, and thanks for your continued work on this article. Regards, SeveroTC 18:40, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
