Hello, I only deleted this article once, it was deleted another time by another administrator. Wikipedia gets a lot of new pages every minute. If we accepted all of them, we would be completely overrun. The article you posted did not assert notability. For expectations for new articles on musicians, see WP:MUSIC. We'd need to see more coverage of her to show that she meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines for biographies or entertainers. The first source is a brief interview; interviews are generally not considered to contribute to notability since they are not independent sources. The second source is just a short blurb about a video. We'd want to see at least 3 reliable, independent sources that discuss her and her work in depth. Coming in 5th place on a reality TV show doesn't really grant her any inherent notability.
