Request reason:

Please, I have stopped vandalizing. I have made a perfectly good edit to a page as my only edit. I wanted a new name because you were ignoring my old account and I wanted to leave my old vandalizing behind and move forward. THERE WILL BE NO VANDALIZING FROM THIS ACCOUNT! Sock puppets are permitted if they are not being used for vandalism, per WP:SOCK.

It wasn't right what I did in the first place. I AM NOT A VANDAL ANY MORE. How many times do I have to tell you that I am only going to make constructive edits? You ignored my requests time after time. I gave up vandalism after my last warning. What ever happened to WP:AGF?

so I can't come back at all? If I hadn't said so on my old talk page, I could have come back, but now you don't let me? You are forbidding me from coming back when I have done nothing wrong since my last warning and I only intend to help. Did you not see my constructive edit on the Tree63article? I will even consent to let myself be closely monitored to be blocked if I ever do vandalize, because I tell you right here that I will not vandalize.
