The recent edit you made to Freakazoid (2008 film) constitutes vandalism, and has been reverted. Please do not continue to vandalize pages; use the sandbox for testing. Thank you. --RedHillian | Talk 01:20, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to Freakazoid (2008 film). If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. DARTH PANDAtalk 01:24, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Freakazoid (2008 film). DARTH PANDAtalk 01:25, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
- Look, you may be reverting vandalism and all, but you're making a few mistakes. First, under no circumstance should you remove a deletion tag. Just let the deletion be processed, and if the article is legitimate, it will be ignored. There is no reason for you to remove that. I was not intending to revert your content changes; I only wanted to keep the tag there. Second, please avoid personal attacks. Thank you. DARTH PANDAtalk 01:39, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
- It doesn't matter at this point. The page has been deleted. Frankly, if you continued to remove the speedy deletion tag, I would have just added an AfD request which is in effect, the same thing. While the Template does say "If this page does not meet the criteria for speedy deletion, or you intend to fix it, please remove this notice," I tend to disagree on this point because the page was vandalism. You should have added a {{hangon}} template and allowed discussion about the delete to happen instead of ignoring the request to delete altogether. If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to let me know. DARTH PANDAtalk 01:52, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
- The warnings were a side-effect to my revisions. I wasn't sure if you were simply trying to remove the deletion tag as a vandal or if you had a legitimate reason for doing so (and you did not provide a legitimate reason for doing so in your edit summaries). Block
[edit]Popmarker (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
My so-called "vandalism" was simply fixing initial vandalism and then reverting the vandalism posted to the page after that, as I've already discussed with DarthPanda as you can see above. The flags were put up him because I neglected to use the edit summary and he didn't know what I was doing.
Decline reason:
The personal attacks you made in your edits and edit summaries are unacceptable. Please see WP:CIV and WP:NPA for more information on appropriate conduct here. — Hersfold (t/a/c) 03:43, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- I am in support of this user's unblock as he has not blatantly vandalized and seems very reasonable and potentially helpful. Sorry for the mess. DARTH PANDAtalk 03:20, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
Well, fair enough on the decline. As a fun aside, I actually only realized I was blocked when I was trying to post on DarthPanda's talk page and apologize for the personal attacke.
Re: Thank You
