A note about section headings
[edit]According to the Manual of Style, section headings should have only the first word capitalized unless a proper noun appears in the heading. Accordingly, I've undone some of the heading changes you made to the Traffic flow article. —C.Fred (talk) 05:04, 10 December 2011 (UTC)
