I request to be unlocked, because I was blocked by an open proxy, in Puerto Rico the service companies operate with an open proxy, it is not my fault I only try to contribute in the best way with the encyclopedia they can see my history and they will see that there is no vandalism, on Wikipedia in Spanish they granted me the permission to block IP overflow to avoid this problem and it worked, I hope they solve it soon as the issues are being delayed.
