Hi! these are nice. I myself would make these boxes wider, (maybe even all page width), as the currently the wrapping text is in my opinion bit difficult to use and there will be only one box per (category) page and this way they would be more easily differentiated from "real" babel boxes. (Just my opinion)

I took freedom and made here an example using your code as base (tested only in FireFox (Win)):

pt-2	Esses usuários podem contribuir com um nível médio de português. These users are able to contribute with an intermediary level of Portuguese.

I also changed the code in some places: no need for DIV (settings can be in table-tag), color codes are suggested generally to define using small letters, doesn't have much difference, but more stnadard "friendly" :o), font sizes to relative sizes (user friendlier), table with wiki table syntax.
