I have blocked the IP range which you used to evade the block on this account. I don't recommend evading the block again, because if you do, the likelihood of your ever being unblocked will drop to something close to zero.
If you think there's any possibility at all that at some time in the future you may decide you would like to start making useful contributions to Wikipedia, then I advise you not to post any idiocy such as asking to be unblocked to "do anything on this planet", because the more often you do idiotic trolling such as that the less likely it is that any administrator will take any future unblock request seriously.
