Regarding the clandestine involvement or foreknowledge of LBJ in the Kennedy assassination ... Check out the "Interview With Ralph Wadsworth" on the Texas Rangers website, www.texasrangers.org. Note that Wadsworth was the former Texas DPS trooper who was the designated driver for several congressmen in the Kennedy motorcade on November 22,1963 ... most notably LBJ friend and confidante, Albert Thomas. The car Thomas was riding in the motorcade was several cars behind Kennedy's and had not yet turned the corner at the School Book Depository. When the shots rang out, Albert Thomas immediately commented that "They must have shot him" ... or words to that effect, as if to suggest that he already had some personal foreknowledge of this event. As already noted in the posted article, it is very curious indeed that later that day, upon being sworn in as the new President on Air Force One, LBJ was photographed looking back and broadly smiling at a "winking" Albert Thomas.
