Regarding why I deleted what you added to Don't Worry Baby: Generally, information added to Wikipedia needs to be verifiable (see Wikipedia:Verifiability), which means that someone else should be able to determine whether what was added is factual or not. Since you were talking about something that is yet to be released, that makes it quite difficult for someone else to verify it -- it's the sort of thing that only a very select group of people would know about.
You may also want to read Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. Although I hardly view your edit as "disruption", it's still a good idea not to edit about yourself or your band/company/etc.
Finally, there has to be some editorial judgment about what is really relevant to any particular article. If we included a mention of every band who covered every song that has an article on Wikipedia, things would get pretty ugly. You'll note that the covers that are mentioned in the article are by pretty famous bands. But even a cover by famous band on a unreleased demo would probably not justify a mention (unless, perhaps, that "unreleased" demo had become fairly well-known, or was documented somewhere that others could verify).
I hope this helps. If you think I'm wrong (I freely admit to the possibility), then I'd suggest bringing up the topic on the talk (discussion) page (talk:Don't Worry Baby). –RHolton≡– 05:53, 1 September 2008 (UTC)
