Recent editing comments tend to suggest you may have a conflict of interest here. Please read the blue highlighted section before proceeding much further. We editors are building an encyclopedia at Wikipedia, and it is important that entries remain neutral and non-promotional in wording and style. Thanks,

In addition, please do not move sections that break a chronological order to the article. It is contrary to the editing guidelines contained in WP:MOS. Please read some of these editing guidelines - they are the bedrock of editing Wikipedia, which is not meant to be a free-for-all. Also, the comments I made above still apply, and should be addressed. Thank you - Derek R Bullamore (talk) 16:11, 3 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Derek, Thank-you for your concern. There is no conflict of interest. My additions (Victor Wainwright, Joe Bonamassa as examples) and creations (Tori Brooks is a recent example) did not involve an exchange of money, no quid pro quo, only my desire to work on building Wikipedia skill and build/improve pages. I need advice: How can I proceed without being tagged as having a conflict of interest, or worse....indefinite banishment? Thank-you. Pamela Pjanderson47 (talk) 05:12, 17 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Joshua C. Dixon, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Sandboxes

[edit]

Hi Pjanderson47, I've moved the page you recently created to User:Pjanderson47/sandbox2, since it was misplaced in the main article space. Please make sure you create sandboxes in your userspace rather than mainspace. creffett (talk) 00:27, 14 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Deb. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you.
Information icon Hello, Pjanderson47. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you.Deb (talk) 09:28, 14 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Bonesteel Rock Band has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable as the subject is not significantly covered in reliable sources.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. -KAP03 (Talk • Contributions • Email) 21:59, 23 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

As previously advised, your edits give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:Pjanderson47, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Pjanderson47|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. GSS💬 06:10, 2 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I continue to find I am blocked from contributing to Wikipedia. Please advise how I can gain my freedom on the Wikipedia site, from which I have been unfairly blocked because it was deemed that I have received payment. I have not been compensated in any way for editing, adding, or creating Wikipedia pages. I write to inform. Pjanderson47 (talk) 06:53, 16 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

multiple accounts

Decline reason:

You were blocked for undisclosed paid editing, using Wikipedia for advertising or promotion. Additionally, sockpuppetry was indeed confirmed via technical evidence, so we know you have violated WP:SOCK with Court kings. Yamla (talk) 17:40, 16 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I play by the rules; I have not/did not create or use other name, account, etc., to subvert Wikipedia’s rules or standards. Please unblock my account. Pjanderson47 (talk) 17:34, 16 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank-you for looking into the sock puppetry. I find it helpful that you are willing to investigate such abuse. While I agree that this can be an issue that interferes with the high standards under which Wikipedia operates, I stress—again—that I am not misusing or misrepresenting my intentions. Again, I have not attempted to login with malice under another name/account or in any manner that misrepresents my true identity. There cannot be proof of violation on my part. Nor have I received payment for submissions/additions. Why does the Wikipedia community insist on punishing an awarded educator who’s never even received a driving citation? Thank-you.

Your draft article, Draft:Tor'i Brooks

[edit]

Hello, Pjanderson47. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Tor'i Brooks".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! UnitedStatesian (talk) 16:29, 12 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
