[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although we invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Al Capone, was not constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Tongva
[edit]Thanks for your contribution to Tongva. However you may not knowof an important Wikipedia policy, "no original research" (WP:NOR) and it's companion "verifiability" {WP:V). Those require that all entries be verifiably by readers and other editors, and that they be based on published material, rather than personal experience. ·:· Will Beback ·:· 22:59, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
What does this tell us?
[edit]You made an edit [1], no doubt with the best of intentions, to the article on the English language. I'm afraid I don't really understand the point of parts of the edit, would you care to elaborate at this link [2]? Thanks JdeJ (talk) 21:13, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
Talk page conventions
[edit]Please note that the convention is to put new sections at the bottom of talk pages, not the top. The "new section" tab of talk pages lets you easily add a new section at the bottom. --Cybercobra (talk) 05:03, 25 June 2010 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
