Comment I went through this article, found a few more sources, did a touch up, clean up and promoted it to Mainspace. It easily passes Wikipedia’s notability criteria. It couldn’t hurt to add a few more outside sources that report on the work that is being done, but obviously a university research institute that does this type of work with underserved populations is notable.
