Basically, you need to stop evading your block. Go 6 months with out editing, without socking, and then request the standard offer on the original account. The standard offer would entail no further socking and affirming that you will not edit war, will not use incivil edit summaries, provide reliable sources for all intended edits and discuss changes on the article talk page. Each time you attempt to evade your block, the clock restarts on the 6 months. Not adhering to these stipulations after unblocking could result in immediate reblocking.
