License tagging for File:Corp G P Nugent 1918 Page 1.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Corp G P Nugent 1918 Page 1.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 22:07, 16 December 2008 (UTC)
Friction Stir Welding Engineers
[edit]Dear Phreed100: I removed the templates that you inserted into the articles about fricton stir welding engineers in good faith, because the template says: "You may remove this message if you ... object to deletion for any reason." I object to you reverting this because the template says: "If this template is removed, do not replace it." Apart from the procedural information, I want to inform you that the friction stir weling engineers described on Wikipedia are not typical welders but scientists with an academic background and a large number of publications and patents, who easily fulfill the Wikipedia criteria on "notability". Friction stir welding is a new and complicated process, which requires a lot of attention to detail during R&D and set-up. Please inform yourself about this process, before assessing notability. --NearEMPTiness (talk) 05:30, 29 June 2013 (UTC)

Prodding
[edit]- Please supply a deletion rationale when you use the prod tag. Requests for deletion that do not explain why you think the article should be deleted are unlikely to be respected.
- Please use edit summaries, especially when requesting deletion of articles, so that people who have the articles watchlisted can tell what you're doing and respond if necessary.
- When a prod tag is added to the article, it explains how to notify other article editors about the prod. Please follow those directions.
- DO NOT RESTORE PROD TAGS after another editor has removed them. That is against the rules for prod tags.
