Trying to find the right person to help

Question: Who/where can I turn to for good advise?

I want to expand the European part of the List of natural gas pipelines (See my User:Philip_Habing/sandbox.) Due to earlier attempts and reverts at other lemma's, am hestitating to put the changes in place.

My suggestion would be to announce your intent on that article's talk page; if no one objects in a couple of days, make the edit. If someone objects (or if your edit is reverted), discuss the issue on the talk page.
