Request reason:

I created this account since when I tried to log in as Carlos Underwood, it said the account doesn't exist, so I created this new one. I do not understand how I can be called a sock puppet when my old account doesnt work. Also, I am cited as being a sock puppet to USA is misunderstood since I agreed with his edits. This is ridiculous. I do not think that I should be blocked.
