Are there sources showing her notability? From the article, she looks like just another blogger, but maybe there's more to the story that I can't tell from the article... I stuck a prod tag on it, but I can see that you're an experienced editor, so have more confidence that you were probably just not finished with the article yet. -FisherQueen (Talk) 21:57, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

I share your liking for Renoir but have no idea of what a "prodwarning" is. I'm therefore removing the tag.
Safia Aoude already has her Danish article. You can expect the English site to be expanded as her fame spreads!Phase4 22:11, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
Does she have fame now? The article really does need reliable sources to show that she meets the notability guideline. You could leave the prodwarning up- it gives five days to add the sources- or, if you prefer, I could go ahead and list it at articles for deletion, and see what the rest of the community thinks about whether or not she meets WP:BIO. -FisherQueen (Talk) 22:13, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
Safia Aoude has fame now. Kindly butt off, FisherQueen, in the nicest possible way!Phase4 22:19, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
Great! I'll check back in the morning, then, to look at the sources you've added. -FisherQueen (Talk) 22:20, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

AfD nomination of Safia Aoude

Safia Aoude, an article you created, has been nominated for deletion. We appreciate your contributions. However, an editor does not feel that Safia Aoude satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Safia Aoude and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Safia Aoude during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. -FisherQueen (Talk) 03:22, 3 September 2007 (UTC)

I don't intend to vote

And if I were to, I would probably vote to delete. She doesn't seem notable at all from what I can gather from the article. As a side note, deletion discussions aren't actually battles between deletionists and inclusionists, as you seem to be implying. I am neither, and believe labelling oneself as such to be naive. Have a nice day :) --Closedmouth 11:04, 9 September 2007 (UTC)

Fair enough, Closedmouth. My tongue is firmly in my cheek!Phase4 11:13, 9 September 2007 (UTC)

Safia Aoude AFD

Please don't "spam" user's talkpages with invitations to join an afd in the future, it is considered bad form. Also afds are not battles between opposing forces, it's an attempt to create consensous among editors over which articles to keep. --Eivindt@c 11:57, 9 September 2007 (UTC)

Sorry, ivind, I contacted you because your userpage says you're a member of the anti-deletionist "AWWDMBJAWGCAWAIFDSPBATDMTD": that's not spamming, by my definition.Phase4 12:14, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
