User talk:Pfistermeister
Welcome!
Hello, Pfistermeister, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay.
Here are some tips to help you get started:
- Try our tutorial, and feel free to experiment in the test area.
- Keep the Five Pillars of Wikipedia in mind, and remember to write from a neutral point of view.
- Sign your posts on talk pages using the '~' symbol. To insert just your name, type ~~~, or, to insert your name and timestamp, use ~~~~.
- Eventually, you might want to read the Manual of Style and Policies and Guidelines.
- Explore, be bold in editing pages, and, most importantly, have fun!
If you have any questions, see the help pages, ask a question at the village pump or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome, and good luck!

Roger Scruton
[edit]Hi Pfistermeister, I've posted an RfC at Talk:Roger Scruton—see here—to ask whether the neutrality tag should remain on the article. There are a number of issues in dispute; if you could comment even on just one of them, or your overall impression of the article's balance, that would be very helpful. I'm leaving this note because you've edited the article or talk page, but if you have no interest in commenting, please feel free to ignore the request. Cheers, SlimVirgin TALK|CONTRIBS 20:40, 12 April 2011 (UTC)
Idiopathic intracranial hypertension
[edit]Hello there. I've left a message on Talk:Idiopathic intracranial hypertension to explain why I removed your addition. I'd be grateful if you could respond there if you wish to include the content discussed there. JFW | T@lk 19:10, 11 May 2011 (UTC)
The Fall of the Roman Empire
[edit]Whilst I agree it's not a remake, I don't think it's particularly helpful to label editors as "idiots". We need to assume good faith as it certainly didn't aim to destroy the article. Regards, --Tærkast (Discuss) 17:01, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
ANI Notification
[edit]Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. Doniago (talk) 17:26, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
- You were blocked in March for a week - so now I'm blocking you for two weeks. Enough. Fences&Windows 18:34, 19 May 2011 (UTC)

- Extending to indef. Fences&Windows 23:32, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
- Please note, indef doesn't mean permanent. I am turning your talk page access back on so you can request a block reduction or removal (I'd intended to do that before, my mistake). All that is required for the block to be lifted is a pledge to not attack and insult other editors. That kind of behaviour makes Wikipedia poisonous and unwelcoming. Just because you dislike other editors' prose or content decisions doesn't mean you should belittle and abuse them. You can put your point across without needing to lash out. - I'm sick of wikipedia. It's full of illiterates and idiots. Shove it. Pfistermeister (talk) 00:14, 21 May 2011 (UTC)
- I second that Pfistermeister. --RJR3333 (talk) 07:28, 19 September 2011 (UTC)
