Expand tag for Opera buffa

- Thanks for your reply. I agree with your points (the Grove article is on my desk), however please bear in mind that we have 4,000 odd articles on opera and a large percentage of these are stubs, many of them far shorter than 'Opera buffa'. At this stage of our development we are concentrating on improving the standard overall - i.e. turning the minimal (two sentence) stubs into viable ones, and stubs into start class articles - rather than trying to get a few ones up to a high standard.
