What you need to do is look at Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission and especially the section entitled Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission#More and further down the page there is a general declaration Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission#Declaration of consent for all enquiries. There is an email address there that the permission can be sent to. Please make sure that the owners of the material fully understand the GNU Free Documentation License. They need to understand that other people can re-edit it and possibly use it on a site that contains adverts or even re-publish it for money. If you need any more information then please let me know.
