Just looking at an article that says the programme went onto the national network (Home or Light though, I cannot say) in 1949 and was getting up to 12 million listeners. The article is here if you want to use it. Again welcome FlowerpotmaN·(t) 19:36, 7 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
(reply) I came across the article while looking at new articles and I knew I had heard of it, but I couldn't remember much more about it than that.
