A more detailed review of your draft
[edit]By WP:NN, you need several reliable sources establishing notability. You had a Wikipedia page, which we do not use, and a single source detailing the process. This is not enough, really, because none of the information used in the O'Reilly article was not even present in the draft, and you had no other sources.
You may be better off merging your one sentence article into a different article pertaining to similar subjects, because if it only has a single sentence describing what makes it important and noteworthy in Wikipedia, it probably isn't noteworthy.hewhoamareismyself 21:12, 4 June 2014 (UTC)

Notes again:
The length of the article itself is very lacking, and it does not provide any insight on the matters of how it works or what it's proper uses are, where it is used etc. Also, the footnotes do not go at the very end of an article, they go at the end of the information they provide, for instance:
George Washington added so help me God to the end of the Presidential Oath (source). It is not an official part of the Oath, but it has been repeated ever since. (source)
What you have is:
George Washington added so help me God to the end of the Presidential Oath. It is not an official part of the Oath, but it has been repeated ever since.
(source) (source)
Wikipedia automatically puts sources at the bottom with the reflist template (which I have fixed on your behalf because that's easier to explain. Nonetheless you have articles which provide information on the subject, use some of that information in the article. Just don't copy paste words directly because that'll get removed by WP:CV
Hope this helps you a bit better! hewhoamareismyself 22:43, 4 June 2014 (UTC)
