Your contribution keeps getting removed from Paul Hill, because on disambiguation pages (pages for things with the same name), you can only have a list entry if an article on the topic exists.
If you'd like to start an article on the funk musician Paul Hill, the best thing to do is to try to find some reliable sources that show how he satisfies Wikipedia's notability requirement for musicians. Good places to try this are Google News and Google Books. Other websites may be okay, depending if they are published by reputable publishers. If you think you have enough sources to meet the notability requirement, then use those sources to improve the article that you started at Articles for Creation: Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Paul Hill (funk musician). Once you have improved the article, you can resubmit it for another review by an experienced Wikipedia editor.

Learning the ropes
[edit]Hi Peilapaula, Thanks for your message on user names [bounty] and on the policies. As advised I have setup this personal account for contributions. I am a little stuck, one of the pages has a lock at the top, being new I don't wish to make further mistakes and have probably about 300 pages to updates with contribution. Thank you for your understanding and future guidance. dstocker — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dstocker (talk • contribs) 07:36, 20 December 2011 (UTC)
The article Paul hill (singer Songwriter Producer) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- It is unclear to me whether this person meets the criteria at WP:MUSIC. After I removed the cited sources that weren't about Paul Hill, and the ones that didn't meet the reliable source guidelines, I was left with no sources verifying the information in the article. I wasn't able to find additional sources with my own search.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 15:49, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
