I have again "no-wikied" the categories in this draft. This prevents the draft from showing up in categories that are only for articles in the mainspace.--ukexpat (talk) 20:04, 28 July 2014 (UTC)
OK. I have noticed that and I was wondering what the purpose of it was. I'm a relatively new editor, so I'm not completely familiar with what "no-wikiing" does. Thanks Paveld6 (talk) 08:37, 29 July 2014 (UTC)
Sept 11th Edits
[edit]Hi Paveld6,
I wanted to leave you a note since you seem to be a new editor. Regarding your edits to the September 11th attacks article, unfortunately, we've had a lot of vandalizing of that page. As a result, editors are extremely vigilant about people inserting NPOV material into the article. Any changes to include more conspiracy theory information should first be talked about on the talk page. Now, I don't want to give you false hope, so I should also tell you that the current form of the article has been brought about by years of discussion and debate, and the general consensus is that the amount of mention of conspiracy theories should directly correspond to their weight in reliable sources. To this end, since so few reliable sources back up the claims made by these theories, their mention is as you currently see it. Unless you have some new reliable sources that speak differently, you probably won't be able to achieve the edits you wish. I hope this isn't too discouraging to you, and I don't mean to hinder your editing efforts. I simply wish to warn you that what you are trying to accomplish has been attempted many times before, and almost always ends in failure or worse. Please keep this in mind going forward, and thanks for editing. --Tarage (talk) 06:32, 12 August 2014 (UTC)
