I saw your question about the Rex Brinkworth article on your userpage. That's not what userpages are normally used for; this question would be best placed on the talk page of the article in question: Talk:Rex Brinkworth.
My reading of the bio that you have expanded is that it does not reflect the sort of in-depth, independent coverage that is required to establish notability in the somewhat peculiar sense in which Wikipedia uses that word. Given Brinkworth's achievements, I think it's quite likely that notability can be established, but that can't be done by citing his own writings or accolades from organizations with which he was closely connected.
