Hi guys,
I appreciate your efforts. I agree that the article needs to be rewritten from scratch. I would go further and suggest to offer two separate articles under the same or similar term SAM. One that would stress the physic's and engineering site and one that would go into the biomedical perspectives. Any further suggestions will be appreciated. I would definitely be willing to introduce the biomedical sections as this is the area of my work for the last couple of years.
