[edit]- Surgeries and procedures[edit]
- Medical uses
- Contra-indications
- Risks/Complications
- Technique (avoid step-by-step instructions)
- Recovery or Rehabilitation
- History (e.g., when it was invented)
- Society and culture (includes legal issues, if any)
- Special populations

Goal #1 Make organization of the article consistent with the Wikiproject Medicine manual of style for "surgery/procedure"
Goal #2 Make grammar and prose less horrendous
Goal #3 Improve the anatomic description of the Whipple procedure. Specifically, present anatomy in the context of "technique" sub-section. Make the anatomy of the procedure section more comprehensive. Include images as necessary.
Goal #4 Flesh out the medical uses subsection, with appropriate references. Currently, article is lacking in references.
