A tag has been placed on George McEwan, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing no content to the reader. Please note that external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article don't count as content. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Gilo1969 (talk) 00:43, 22 January 2009 (UTC)

This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Brighton Panthers football team. Willking1979 (talk) 01:21, 24 January 2009 (UTC)
Your recent edits
[edit]Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 01:30, 24 January 2009 (UTC)
Questions for a Panther
[edit]Hey Panther, I looked into your concern about the Panther Football article, and it seemed to me that the article was just moved to the appropriate title. So you know, The key to building articles here is citing content to reliable independent sources. Please let me know if there's anything I can help you with. ChildofMidnight (talk) 01:52, 24 January 2009 (UTC)
- Keep in mind this is an encyclopedia. So only notable events that can be sourced reliably and verifiably are included. It seems you might want to create a team page somewhere else. ChildofMidnight (talk) 02:19, 24 January 2009 (UTC)
