Potential SPAM issues

[edit]

Hello, I'm [[User:u3694057|Andrew]. I wanted to let you know that I reverted a series of your recent edits on various articles. These include contributions at:

I did this because I suspect that you have engaged in spamming behaviour. My suspicion is based on your contribution history, and content of your contributions. With regard to the latter, I have noticed that your references are invariably recent publications and often from unreliable sources. There is also an inordinate amount of ‘name dropping’ in your writing. Anyway, please correct me if you believe that I am wrong. If your motivation for contributing to Wikipedia is to improve the encyclopaedic coverage of these topics, and not to increase the perceived impact of recent publications, then please let me know and we can talk about possible constructive contributions. Otherwise, please refrain from contributing until your intentions are more noble. Kind regards Andrew (talk) 13:57, 2 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
