I have reversed this block, with apologies: the Jallah jeem account was blocked in such a way that creating a new account – as you appear to have done – is permitted. What I don't understand is why you need two accounts (I'm assuming that User:Paki STJj is also you?). Please stick to one account only unless you have a good reason to have more than one.
