Please help me with this page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Bad_Cop/Bad_Cop

I have created but the main title should not be "Draft:..." only the name of the band, is it my fault? or is it normal?

Bad Cop/Bad Cop is now published. You can edit it freely now. You'll note a few places where I put "cite needed" along with two maintenance templates at the top of the page.
