RESPOND TO EDITS
I noticed a kind of trolling and defamation activity going on against Senator Sehar Kamran. Some politically motivated and falsely accused stories were posted on her profile without verifying authenticity of the facts. Profile has been updated keeping in view all verified information and all additions have been properly referenced Please before editing again do your research to avoid falsification and misinformation. I am writing to you for help on whether or not a source I am attempting to cite is valid or not.
User:MrShortCircuit repeatedly removes my citation of Vernacular Catholicism due to it being a "promotional book". The citation is as follows:
Vernacular Catholicism, vernacular saints : Selva J. Raj on "Being Catholic the Tamil way". Raj, Selva J.,, Locklin, Reid B.,. Albany. ISBN 978-1-4384-6505-0. OCLC 956984843.{{cite book}}
: CS1 maint: extra punctuation (link) CS1 maint: others (link)
The book is written by academics specialized in religious studies.
If you can help open up the discussion on the talk page or if you have any way of getting in touch with User:MrShortCircuit, it would be appreciated.

I think you are mistaking
Dear Paisarepa, I'm sorry, but you were mistaking, all of my today's edits were more than constructive and well thought and undoing them is very offensive.
In changing the transliteration I followed this ISO_3166-2:BY. WhiteRusian (talk) 19:58, 31 August 2020 (UTC)
Dear Paisarepa please work with me
Dear Paisarepa, can you please stop undoing my edits that I spent so much time making so that the people will have easier time learning about Belarus? To be honest, it seems that you don't even look at things you are undoing.
I am from Belarus and know what I make edits about from first hand. I just want to make articles about my wonderful country more clear, correct and helpful for others, is it wrong?
Dear Paisarepa please work with me, don't just blindly undo my edits, correct things that I got wrong, my only wish is to make Wikipedia a better place.
Sincerely, WhiteRusian (talk) 20:21, 31 August 2020 (UTC)
You have no Idea how to work Wiki
You just take down real posts, and then don't bother to look at edits on your own page. Put down the taco you fatty. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1700:E2D1:30A0:41EA:5394:A7EA:7794 (talk) 03:39, 3 September 2020 (UTC)

How are my edits not constructive? They are completely factual. No need for reverting. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:8801:80:53FC:140A:65F4:635:C7FF (talk) 03:21, 6 September 2020 (UTC)
- You are listing the subject's second cousins and great-great-grandparents. This is not notable and not relevant. Paisarepa (talk) 03:24, 6 September 2020 (UTC)
How is it not relevant when H. David Burton's page lists one of his great great grandparents, the same person I was referring to. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:8801:80:53FC:140A:65F4:635:C7FF (talk) 03:31, 6 September 2020 (UTC)
- There are many pages on Wikipedia that do not conform to the Manual of Style and other relevant guidelines, and a big part of what I do is try to correct those issues. I'll take a look at that page and delete the information if it isn't relevant. Thanks for the heads-up. By the way, you really shouldn't be referring to other editors as "idiots" and "jerks". That's a good way to get yourself blocked. As a general rule of thumb, if your elementary school teacher wouldn't have allowed the behavior you probably shouldn't engage in it here either. We are all doing our best to make this a useful, accurate encyclopedia and your assuming the worst in others isn't productive behavior. Best, Paisarepa (talk) 03:36, 6 September 2020 (UTC)
add actor
Hi, what is the best source for making an actor Wikipedia? --5.125.241.24 (talk) 14:14, 13 September 2020 (UTC)
- The actor must be notable (see WP:ENT) and the information added must be found in reliable sources ( see WP:RS). Paisarepa (talk) 16:04, 13 September 2020 (UTC)
actor
Mr. Javad Ramezani is a singer and actor. Is he famous? --5.126.99.246 (talk) 19:10, 13 September 2020 (UTC)
- 'Famous' is a subjective term. As far as whether he meets the criteria for inclusion on Wikipedia, he must be notable (see WP:ENT) as demonstrated in reliable sources (see WP:RS).Paisarepa (talk) 19:13, 13 September 2020 (UTC)
Melissa B. Help with Edits
Hi Paisarepa - Would you mind helping me fix some edits on the article I am working on about Melissa B. I thought I would ask as you made a few comments. This is my first article on this artist. Thank you Itgemgirl1 (talk) 19:24, 13 September 2020 (UTC)
- It looks like the issue with the article is notability. See WP:SINGER for the specific guidelines around what makes a musician notable. Once you're familiar with those guidelines, I would focus on finding a two or three high-quality reliable sources that establish this individual's notability. See WP:RS for more information about what is considered reliable. Things like press releases, self-published content, paid content, and passing/routine coverage are typically not. Regarding your statement here, "you don't need to follow me here just to be tendentious", that is incorrect. I commented on a discussion in an area in which I am routinely involved. Please observe Wikipedia:No personal attacks. BD2412 T 01:55, 15 September 2020 (UTC)
- Pointing out someone's use of fallacy is not a personal attack, nor is pointing out someone's tendentious editing. If I'm wrong and you actually did end up on the second AfD by chance and the timing just happened to be immediately after you became upset with me on the first AfD, and the battleground, refuse-to-explain-on-your-argument tone you took in both AfDs is your normal behavior, then I apologize for my misinterpretation. I submitted both articles to AfD with good reason and a presumption of good faith from you, instead of what I can only characterize as hostility that appears to stem from personal offense that I nominated your article, would have gone a long way toward having constructive, useful discussions. Paisarepa 02:43, 15 September 2020 (UTC)
- I accept your apology for the misinterpretation. In addition to the nomination of the initial article, both articles showed up at Wikipedia:WikiProject Deletion sorting/Law in immediate succession. BD2412 T 02:48, 15 September 2020 (UTC)
Hydroelectric cell
Thanks for you helpful edits on Hydroelectric cell. However I believe that it is still a hoax. This is one of many articles, both here and in the wider press. which use nano technology as a blind to hide absolutely nothing. The use of complex words obscures a total lack of real science. Several of the sources are clearly parroting a press release. This IS a hoax in my view as I can see nothing of scientific worth here. It is possible that this device does indeed generate electricity, it is also possible that it also evolves hydrogen, but then a simple zinc carbon battery does exactly the same thing. Have they re-invented the battery ? Perhaps but if so it isn't notable . Velella Velella Talk 22:47, 15 September 2020 (UTC)
- @Velella:My removing the hoax template was based on this conversation. I'm not an expert and certainly do not have the expertise to identify if this is a hoax or not. It appears to be real in the narrow sense that there is an actual physical object that performs this chemical process. The claims of it being 'green energy' and the rest that implied it was creating free energy as though it was equivalent to a solar cell are clearly bogus but I can't assess the plain accuracy of the rest of the article. I also seriously question the notability. Paisarepa 23:00, 15 September 2020 (UTC)

Hello, can you make a Wikipedia of Javad Ramezani, singer and actor of the movie The Legend of the Dragon Tomb and close range? Thank you. --5.126.156.90 (talk) 13:23, 18 September 2020 (UTC)
- Javad Ramezani (and his various spellings) has been deleted on multiple projects (and waiting deletion on more), even on multiple sites outside of WP, because the creator is a globally blocked vandal. 2601:983:827F:6B20:21D3:53F7:DCD6:4B05 (talk) 15:10, 18 September 2020 (UTC)
