[edit]This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in the Arab–Israeli conflict. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.
Additionally, you may not edit material related to the Arab-Israeli conflict prior to having at least 500 edits. If you continue to do so you may be reported and blocked. nableezy - 04:05, 9 June 2021 (UTC)
So much for the Democratization of Encyclopedia Pacificgov (talk) 04:48, 9 June 2021 (UTC)
- Wikipedia is not a democracy, and doesn't claim to be one; on the contrary, Wikipedia policy explictly states that Wikipedia is not a democracy. JBW (talk) 19:07, 23 October 2024 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of S32 Technologies
[edit]Hello Pacificgov,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged S32 Technologies for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

- Hi, I find that a company that provides mass surveillance products to the NSA is pretty notable!

Speedy deletion nomination of S32 Technologies
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on S32 Technologies, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Pacificgov. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page S32 Technologies, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template)—don't forget to give details of reliable sources supporting your suggestions;
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicizing, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Jimfbleak - talk to me? 08:45, 23 October 2024 (UTC)
I don’t have any relationship with this company and will take legal action against you if you continue to publish written lies saying I am
Pacificgov (talk) 15:29, 23 October 2024 (UTC)
- If someone has written lies about you then please say who has done so, and where, so that it can be followed up. I haven't seen it. If by any chance you are referring to the message above, from Jimfbleak, then it may help if you re-read it, and see what it actually says. Jimfbleak did not say that you had a connection to the company; he merely advised you of a Wikipedia guideline which would apply to you if you do have such a connection.
