You made the same bunch of edits to severl dozen articles. I asked you to discuss your edits, but you haven't. So I am going to revert those edits.
In particular, that Guantanamo authorities issued orange and white uniforms to individuals deemed "noncompliant" and "compliant" is a matter of public record, not "original research".
As I wrote elsewhere, I believe you have misinterpreted WP:MUG. I believe it was written to protect individuals who were arrested for things like traffic infractions, who then turn out to be innocent, or who have their charges dropped.
