Please don't forget you still have to tag the nominated categories. Marcocapelle (talk) 19:44, 12 August 2017 (UTC)
- Sorry, wasn't aware that that was required or how to do that. Chicbyaccident (talk) 21:01, 12 August 2017 (UTC)
Split Hospitaller colonization of the Americas article from Territorial possessions of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta
I am following up to our disagreement a year and a half ago when (without discussion) you moved the page Hospitaller colonization of the Americas to Territorial possessions of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, and added a short list to the content. I argued at the time that it was a bad move to make, and that the two topics should be on separate pages, one an article and the other a list. In the course of the discussion others agreed with me, and I requested a move, but was told by the admin that I would have to move the text manually. I finally have done that, and I requested that the original article's GA status be restored. The page you created is now a list.
I know at the time, you said that you were planning to flesh out the list into a more complete article. Since that never happened, I hope you can accept this change. I feel it's important to preserve Featured and GA content, since it is a way to communicate trustworthiness to readers; and your page move undermined that. Fishal (talk) 03:12, 15 August 2017 (UTC)
Template:Catholic Church sidebar
Thanks for adding the Gallican and Eastern rites on {{Catholic Church sidebar}}. Please can you divert the Eastern link to the most appropriate article? It's currently pointing to a disambiguation page, and I don't know the topic well enough to pick the best option. Thanks, Certes (talk) 14:34, 20 August 2017 (UTC)
- Now unlinked by another editor, which seems reasonable if there's no appropriate article to link to. Certes (talk) 10:38, 21 August 2017 (UTC)
The article Prince Oscar of Prussia (born 1959) has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. – Finnusertop (talk ⋅ contribs) 18:58, 28 August 2017 (UTC)
Levantines (Latin Catholics) merge proposal
Where is the active merge proposal for this? I can't seem to find it. If you're not involved with it sorry, but I saw your name on the talk page recently, which made me assume you would somehow be involved since it seems like the type of proposal you are interested in. If you respond here, please ping me, or you can drop a note on my talk page. Whatever you prefer :) TonyBallioni (talk) 01:40, 31 August 2017 (UTC)
- Sorry, don't understand the inquiry. Chicbyaccident (talk) 05:12, 31 August 2017 (UTC)
- You probably aren't involved then. There is a merge banner on the top of the linked article about merging Levantines in Turkey into Levantines (Latin Catholics). I couldn't find the discussion anywhere, and since I saw your name on the talk page, thought you might know. No worries, and sorry for a confusing inquiry. - I see. No, not involved. Thanks for the concern, though. Chicbyaccident (talk)
