Unblock

Following a lengthy conversation with P0404 aka Scott19982 I have agreed to give them a second chance, with the understanding that in future they will provide sources for their edits, that they will respond to other editors when challenged and will discuss edits if they get reverted. They also said they know how to use edit summaries; I'm not making edit summary use a formal prerequisite of the unblock but still would strongly advise P0404 to use short summaries to make it easier for others to tell what they're doing.
