A tag has been placed on Pånchø requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Ecoleetage (talk) 03:03, 22 September 2008 (UTC)
The article you created at Pånchø was eligible for deletion without further discussion under criterion A7 in the criteria for speedy deletion as an article about a real person that does not assert the importance or significance of its subject. Since it appears to be about you I've moved it to your user space instead, which was probably what you intended in the first place (a common mistake among newcomers!).
If you really did mean to create an article about yourself please be aware that this is often considered a bad idea, even if you do meet the guidelines for inclusion of biographies.

Re: I'm New, HELP
[edit]Re your message: There are many things you can do on Wikipedia. I would recommend that you review our Help section on how to use and edit Wikipedia. That's why you keep receiving these warning messages. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 03:59, 22 September 2008 (UTC)

There is already full article on Jesus. Stop removing the CSD template; place {{hangon}}
to contest it. Terrx (talk) 04:34, 22 September 2008 (UTC)

Your userpage
[edit]I've removed your email from your userpage, as you self identify as a child and its better to be safe than sorry. I've done it per WP:BOLD, and to a lesser extent WP:CHILD. I appologise if this was unwelcomed, but I would urge you not to re-add the information (although you are completely within your bounds to do so). If you have any questions, or would like any help, please ask me on my talk page. Thank you, Matty (talk) 05:15, 22 September 2008 (UTC)

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}

[edit]- Hi, Pancho. If you're new or confused by our rules, please feel free to ask questions at Wikipedia:Help Desk. However, please be careful to pay attention to the messages on your page, which you didn't read on several occasions, asking you to do things like not vandalize or remove deletion templates from articles. You might also want to pay attention to making your articles neutral in an encyclopedia form; creating an article saying "Jesus is Lord" does not qualify as neutral according to all points of view. Thanks. Magog the Ogre 2 (talk) 05:43, 22 September 2008 (UTC)
