1. Can I Add Tools in the edit page like that?
https://ug.wikipedia.org/wiki/ھۆججەت:Edit1.tiff
2. Can I add or edit CSS style for all of the pages in Uyghur? Thanks. --Oyunqi (talk) 22:48, 21 November 2013 (UTC)
- The English Wikipedia has little to do with the Uyghur Wikipedia. At the English Wikipedia there's a list of gadgets that can help with editing, but at a glance most of them are not supported by the Uyghur Wikipedia. You may want to ask at the Uyghur Wikipedia instead of here.
- There is an option to set custom CSS for the Uyghur Wikipedia; see ug:ئالاھىدە:Preferences#mw-prefsection-rendering. Huon (talk) 00:46, 22 November 2013 (UTC)
- The insertion of new edit tools is usually done here (ie. MediaWiki:Edittools). Those are the current edit tools for English Wikipedia.
- To insert new edit tools on Uyghur Wikipedia, it would need to be performed here. Only administrators can add insert edit and modify the MediaWiki:Edittools or the CSS pages. --Jose77 (talk) 04:38, 23 November 2013 (UTC)
- MediaWiki:Edittools is what I wanted. thank you again.--Oyunqi (talk) 11:01, 23 November 2013 (UTC)
What is the Uyghur translation for the following titles:
- Featured article = ?
- Did you know? = ?
- Featured picture = ?
- Excellent article = ?
- "the free encyclopedia that anyone can edit." = ?
--Jose77 (talk) 07:13, 23 November 2013 (UTC)
- Featured article = تاللانغان ماقالە
- Did you know? = سىز بىلەمسىز؟ or بىلەمسىز؟
- Featured picture = تاللانغان رەسىم
- Excellent article = ئېسىل ماقالە or ياخشى ماقالە
- "the free encyclopedia that anyone can edit." = "ھەركىم ئۆزى يازالايدىغان ئوچۇق ئېنسكلوپېدىيە."

- What is your impression of the Uyghur Mainpage now? --Jose77 (talk) 15:54, 23 November 2013 (UTC)
- Uyghur Mainpage now look great. I like it.--Oyunqi (talk) 15:00, 27 November 2013 (UTC)

- Why did you choose to remain silent? Is it because you do not like the Uyghur Latin Yëziqi? --Jose77 (talk) 10:14, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
- I am sorry, because I was busy these days. But yesterday I browsed that website. lt is in Uyghur language with the Cyrillic script and Latin script (is not the same with the current ULY). But I can read them clearly.--Oyunqi (talk) 15:00, 27 November 2013 (UTC)

Re: Grammar cases
[edit]I am not an expert in Grammar Cases, hence the only translation I could give you with certainty is that "相似格" = Essive case. To be honest, most native English and Chinese speakers would have no clue what they mean exactly -unless they had studied a Lingustics Degree. You could check out This category to see if any of those grammatical cases match your description. --Jose77 (talk) 07:48, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- So far, the sources that I have come across only mention 6 cases instead of 10. Maybe there are ten but I do not know what the English equivalents are.

- If you really want to know the English equivalent, maybe you can contact this Professor. --Jose77 (talk) 08:17, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
