Your Teahouse question
[edit]This Teahouse question did not get a response, and I certainly wouldn't know how to answer it. I just saw it in the archives. Did you ever find the answer?— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 23:10, 20 September 2024 (UTC)
- I got an answer at https://trisquel.info/en/forum/how-do-you-cut-wikipedia-database-dump-dd
- and it is archived at https://web.archive.org/web/20240126153847/https://trisquel.info/en/forum/how-:do-you-cut-wikipedia-database-dump-dd
- So now I know how to get an article from the dump.
- The talk page has information about where I found it also,
- Wikipedia_talk:Database_download#How_to_use_multistream?
- but I did not update the project page at wikipedia:Database_download#How_to_use_multistream? to show how to do it.
