Thanks for inviting me. I am interested in philately and willing to contribute to philately articles. I start translating some pages from English to Portuguese. What do I need to do to join the Phylately WikiProject? Just add the banner to my page? Any idea if this book: http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/World_Stamp_Catalogue is active?
