Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia.
While we appreciate that you enjoy using Wikipedia, please note that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not a social network. Wikipedia is not a place to socialize or do things that are not directly related to improving the encyclopedia. Off-topic material may be deleted at any time. This message is not meant to discourage you from editing Wikipedia but rather to remind you that the ultimate goal of this website is to build an encyclopedia. Thank you. SMILE!!!!
[edit]HI! I saw your smiley on someone's talk page. I love wikismiles. This was a really good idea. Anyway, YAY SMILEY!
A pyrate's life for me... (talk) has smiled at you! Smiles promote WikiLove and hopefully this one has made your day better. Spread the WikiLove by smiling at someone else, whether it be someone you have had disagreements with in the past or a good friend. Happy editing!
Smile at others by adding to their talk page with a friendly message.

[edit]Please stop. If you continue to use talk pages such as Your tralk page for inappropriate discussion, as described here, you may be blocked. seriously —BoL 03:12, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
Hey, you got one of these, too. Anyway, BOL is right. We do need to cut back on user pages and work more on the encyclopedia. Anyway, the reason I'm here is to tell you about Wiki adoption. Just thought you might be interested. Ichliebezuko (talk) 17:06, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
Images
[edit]Hi. You asked about how to post images. Well, here's how. It's a normal internal link (two brackets on each side, like this, but you have to put in first. If I put Nuvola apps important.svg in without remembering to put in first, it would show up like this:
But, when I put in, look what happens:
Now, if I want to make it smaller, I go . In this instance, I will make an image that is 25 megapixels high:
I relpaced "Size in megapixels" with 25px. Got it now? --Gp75motorsports REV LIMITER 19:02, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
I guess you won't listen, so I'm going to have to do this the hard way.
[edit]I should probably tell you the fact that there are several editors who are concerned about your future editing on Wikipedia. You're treating the project like it's a social website, which it isn't. Wikipedia is, and always will be, about writing an encyclopedia. Yes, there are exceptions to this, such as userboxes and personal essays.
Quite frankly, you and your friends need to focus on editing the encyclopedia. Leniency in regards to userspace comes with valued contributions to the project, of which you've made very, very few (for example, I've got about 10 or so subpages, but I've also got over 900+ solid mainspace contributions [1])
I wish to see you stick around as an editor and spend your copious free moments in improving the encyclopedia, but continuing to treat Wikipedia like a new MySpace or Facebook is a sure ticket to a short drop and a sudden stop, so to speak. Consider this a friendly but stern head's up. The same happened to me, you know. [2]

Adoption
[edit]What you're getting "yelled" at is because you don't seem to be contributing to the project; instead, you're engaging in frivolous discussion with others. Basically, read WP:TALK and use as directed. David Fuchs (talk) 02:59, 18 February 2008 (UTC)
Sure, I'd love to adopt you. I'll get back to you tomorrow on details, because I have time over the weekend, just not tonight. I look forward to working with you! iMatthew 2008 21:53, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
