Decline reason:

It is quite obvious that, except for the first two lines, the bulk of this request was written by a bot. We want to hear from you, not a bot. The request is also contradictory in that you first say you will tell us why it is unjustified and then go on to describe why it was justified. Either you think the block is valid, or you don't, which is it? Please write a request in your own words. We don't need to see how committed you are to strictly adhering to Wikipedia policies- we just want to know what you did wrong, what you will do differently, and what edits you intend to make.
