User talk:Oo64eva/Myadvice
Hi,
I'm definitely a wikipedia newbie editor. But as a proofreader of sorts, I will find typos pretty much anywhere on the internet and drop a friendly email to the webmaster. I noticed a couple on Wikipedia that seemed to be relatively simple and wanted to make sure that any edits I was making were ok to make. The error I'm speaking of is where someone has a header preceded by "Bold textItalic text" or something similar. All it needs is the proper number of "=" signs before and after heading and for the text to be removed. Most often it isn't even Bold and Italic that is required, but easy enough to figure out with the layout of the page.
So here's my question... is it even worthwhile to make edits like this? Is it some kind of vandalism like your "rv nocluenewb - edit test" for "insert formula here"?
Anyway, I just want to make sure I'm not doing something dumb, and sincerely hope I'm helping out in some way.
Thanks, Chris
